Joe spent the first 10 years of his professional career in the pharmaceutical/Biotech world as a top sales representative. Despite successes, felt there had to be a more full-filling way of helping people, particularly the senior population.

Leaving the Biotech Industry in 1994, Joe founded a Private Duty Agency covering Southwest Michigan and Southwest Florida. After 15 successful years sold the agency in 2009. Moving back to St. Louis and deciding that his passion was still in helping seniors and their families, in 2012, with wife, Pam, Caring Professionals, LLC was born.
