Person-Centered Support
Caring Professionals, LLC is an approved provider of personal care attendant (PCA) services by the Missouri Department of Mental Health. With Caring Professionals, LLC PCA services, consumers and families have the ability to choose their personal attendant (PA). All of our PAs are trained and qualified to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Our person-centered services give individuals the flexibility to choose a PA that best meets their support needs.
Caring Professionals, LLC provides PCA services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who wish to live in the community. As an approved provider by the Missouri Department of Mental Health, consumers and families have the security of knowing they are being supported by staff that have been thoroughly screened and trained, and are qualified to work with individuals with developmental disabilities. In coordination with the Department of Mental Health Service Coordinators, Caring Professionals, LLC will ensure Individual Support Plans will be implemented in a respectful, compassionate manner while being mindful of individual emotional and physical needs.

- Recognition of, and Prevention of Abuse and Neglect
- Positive Behavior Support Principles
- Back Safety and Transfers
- Medication Administration (if required)
- MANDT or CPI (if required)
